today, nothing but coffee so far and I MUST eat soon. This is when the drinking devil rears his head--mid morning when I haven't eaten (I know that sounds weird, but I used to work 7p-7a shifts and I always drank in the morning and THEN went to bed.) Must. Get. Food. In. Self.
