Dinner last night: Leftover pasta with meatsauce - maybe about a cup of that. Not a lot. For a snack - I had a blueberry muffin, but I ate it really slow and enjoyed it.
Breakfast - same as yesterday - special K and black cherry yogurt
Lunch - 5 boneless wings, celery.
Exercise - walking up and down the stairs at work with and without stuff in my arms.
My goal is no cookies or candy this afternoon.
