Yeah, its right there in the Texas hunting laws (Sec T14 subparagraph 3). "Dick Cheney is allowed to ignore the first rule of hunter safety and point his gun and shoot without seeing his target." As Joan Didion once wrote, "I avoid careless people. It takes two to make an accident."
