In this case it seems like insecurity is really the issue. Maybe you should discuss this decision with another poly couple or a couple's counsler. I know I wouldn't be able to handle the idea of my boyfriend having sex with another woman. She might (very likely) be better than I, and plus it just seems unhygenic.
