In the quick reply box, there's a button that looks like the image below. Click it, and then copy and paste whatever you want in between the tags.
If you want it to say who said the quote, add something like
[ QUOTE=the article ] [ /QUOTE ]
to the first tag (without all the spaces, obviously.)
