this site, wherein you enter the ingredients of your Chipotle burrito or taco and it calculates the nutrition data.
Calories: 1060
Calories from fat: 426
Total fat: 48 g
Total Carbohydrate: 101 g
...
I don't know if those numbers are high or low.
I also had a sugary beverage.
