Dear Cellar,
Thanks for the feedback. I guess there are two different situations: 1) I refer client to "Bob" and Bob pays me a referral fee; 2) I hire or contract with Bob and Bob pays me a fee.
Situation 1 is perfectly normal, legal, etc.
Situation 2 is not.
Is this how you see it?
