From my experience its worth paying for Pro advice , they know how to make this as painless as possible ( for a small fee ) But you don't have to Mess with it .
AND if you go with some body reputable ( NOT Freds cousin BUBBA ( Him Smart Ya Know that !!!)) If there is a problem with the IRS or the State , they will back you up .
Worth the money !!!!!
