OMFG, there's dirt everywhere.

The state of Ohio has placed a lien on Joe the Plumber's property for failure to pay taxes. The guy doesn't pay his taxes. He owes Ohio $1,182.98. Does the McCain team vet anyone?

Oh, and he doesn't have a license to be a plumber.
