There are tons and tons of little cottages, summer homes, "camps" they call them up there, in some really remote areas. Some places (restaurants even) you can only get to by boat or snowmobile over frozen lake... that kinda stuff.

Here's a year round camp, only a few miles from town.



I think Bruce is right, the HOA owns it.... for summer use.
