I had to take Aden to the doc yesterday for a tetanus booster, so while i was there i asked him to do my BP. It was 130/90. Boy was I glad it wasn't at the hospital clinic or I'd have spent another night in hospital.
Too bad I have to go to the hospital clinic today though. It'll be lower this morning. It always seems to be in the mornings.
