Because she's a douche and beneath you. Well maybe not, but thats the only reason I could think of anyone not liking you. Have you tried family counseling? You're already going, maybe your therapist would be willing to do a session between you and her, you could trick your sis into going by telling her the therapist really just wants a better view of your interactions with other people. (In other words make it about you not her.) Same might be a good idea for your mom and you.
