Good question. I tried. I went outside on a number of trips. He wouldn't cross the porch then. Then when I went down the steps he just ran around the lower part. Idiot.

Unpossible. He's a whippet mix, bred to chase down perrigrine falcons and quarks and shit. I'd need a net gun. Or a tranquilizer gun. If I missed him I could always just shoot myself.

He's been this way for two years, vana. He's just wrapped. a. little. too. tight. He reminds me of Chef in Apocalypse now. "Never get off the boat!"
He's a happy dog and he gets along fine with me and SonofV and Bora, our german shepherd in the house (and outside). Sleeps right at my feet, or behind the chair, comes to me when I call. Goes out fine. He's just super excitable and when it gets' wound up, he's impossible. *sigh*
