As for the hair color, I just dyed it blue black. :p I usually dye it dark brown with red highlights that would make my head like it's on fire in the sun. After a few years of that, I got bored and decided to do something different. Thus, the short bangs and super dark hair.
As for the sunburn neck, hehe, it makes no difference now because it has been so doggone hot here that I had to pony tie my hair everyday.
