Exactly. Prime time is 7-10p in the Central Time Zone (except for most of Indiana...it gets kinda screwy.)

When it comes to the free networks, mountain time zone generally gets "central" times. Pacific time zone generally gets "eastern" times. It basically breaks down like this:
Eastern:
ER is on at 10pm Eastern Time.
Central:
ER is on at 9pm Central Time (10p Eastern).
Mountain:
ER is on at 9pm Mountain Time (11p Eastern).
Pacific:
ER is on at 10pm Pacific Time (1a Eastern).
Alaska and Hawaii are also kinda screwy.
