I'm glad you have an interesting workplace and your phone is still working.
Staying up at night for me wasn't the problem either. It was sleeping. I know how the light can seep in past your eyelids and go into your brain.
I bought some night shades and they helped which means I could maybe get a three or four hour nap if I was lucky. They have black out curtains too. I hope you can find some relief. The night shades worked some. They make your eyelids stay down
