My cousin just named their newborn son DeeJay Bryne...not Brian, or Bryan....Bryne. I tried to explain to them that it sounds like Brine but they are 20 years old and they know everything.

I told them, "Hey, he's your kid. Name him what you want, but he may hate you for it later. And if he comes home with bloody nose or a busted lip because he got into a fight over his name, remember....it's YOUR fault. You did this to him."

The kid may go by DB like DB Cooper.
