You'd be surprised what's in a lot of things that we eat/drink.It's downright scary and makes me want to make my own food! Just hope that you never *have* to give up that real butter, sugar, etc. But, some of the "fake" stuff isn't THAT bad...some of it is an "acquired taste" for sure.
