The majority of brand name cat food has very high levels of carbs.
I know you (in a very minor way I admit)
You don't want to feed your cats ingredients just because "that's what we've always done"
Just check out what additives there are. What carbs there are. What SUGARS there are. And read some anti-processed food websites.
I know you'd do it for your kids
