Fucking Insurance companies, agents and the whole incompetant damn lot of them. Wasted A WHOLE DAY dealing with someomne else's shit and can't even pinpoint who to blame it on. bastards. mighta closed the pool. luckily the shit hit the fan today, which turned out to be the very last day the situation was salvageable. But it took me 4 hours. Including one hour trying to call the wrong 1-800 number that I was given by the Insurance agent.
