21 and haven't had a cavity since I left Russia and started using 'real' tooth paste.
I floss when I 'have to' as in there is something stuck...
I brush twice a day but certainly not for the recomended 5 minutes or whatever it is...maybe 1.5 minutes?
My dentist always tells me that it looks like I should floss more but that my teeth are in great shape...
Back in Russia though...cavity a year.
