Does you BoB include homeowner's insurance and other important papers that you would need if your house (and maybe car) is destroyed? Where we live, our biggest threat is wildfire, and I used to keep a lot of important papers in a portable file box near the front door. On those occasions when there was a big fire nearby I would move that box to work.
I haven't updated those papers in a few years.
