When I started this thread, I said:
"My grandson believes the sole reason for living is fishing, photography and botany, and I've been living vicariously thru him."
Last March he got a job at a local Nursery, and has been rescuing throw-away plants from the burn pile.
He has bought grow-lights for the coming winter, but his home garden is starting to overflow in all directions.
