That's very sneaky of you, doing what they wanted everyone to do in the first place, only now you're saying you're only doing it to spite them. They
want everyone to defer to the Federal plan, because ultimately they want to shift the whole system to single-payer. Of course it's going to be set up so it's cheaper for the states to do it that way.
