National Transitional Council with leaders including a guy with a doctorate in strategic planning from Univ of Pittsburgh, a guy who organized an earlier plot to overthrow Gaddifi, a guy with a doctorate in economics from Michigan State Univ, a human rights lawyer...
They have as much of a structure in place as the Egyptians after they tossed Mubarak out, including the basics
a transitional plan.
