I think you forget what it was like to be 14. I also don;t think you can make a blanket statement like that about it. It really depends on the 14 yr old, and the 19 yr old. Some 14 year olds have grown up with older kids, and are more mature as a result of it. NORMALLY, the age gap at that young and pivotal age, is a bad thing; for most of the reasons listed herein.
