The Katy Perry lyric ends with "hard to obey" and I thought about keeping that, but the parody needs to get more intense at that point. It's gonna be a slow burn for the audience. The idea is to get the attention of the people at the bar and not just the people who were watching us anyway. Most of them won't know what's going on until the first chorus and I hope they have a "holy shit" moment.

We do this with "Breakdown" (Tom Petty) - we do it in a reggae style, and so some people don't know what it is until Dean sings "BRrrrrrrrEAK! -- down, goaheadngimmitome"
