One of the biggest factors of the appearance of aging is the effect of sun exposure on the skin. Probably worse than smoking for causing premature aging. I've seen seniors in queensland whose arms look like crocodile skin.

Nigella is from England. She's probably had ten hours of direct sunlight in her whole life. Bit of an unfair advantage in this regard.
