Is that PC speak for shit paper?

I saw a sale flier, that had a deal, 4 rolls for $3.9?. That's a buck a roll. Also towels for around 2 bucks a roll.
Perhaps it's Artisan hand crafted, like the artisan buns from BK.

BTW Artisan bread got About 1,810,000 results on G. FWIW
