Ok, here we go.
Pear, cored.
Pears, cored, PEELED, and microwaved for about a minute. There was no moisture extracted here, the plate was barely wet.
Four boneless, skinless chicken thigh filets.
Same thighs, cut into chunks with kitchen shears. This is standard practice, it only added a minute to the process (and one messy hand).
