I've been told by many sources I should try yoga.
I have my own sort of stretching routine that is yoga-like, but I've been slacking and I'm sure it's not thorough.
I'd like to try it, though. It strengthens your 'core' doesn't it? My core is wimpy and sad and slack. My core is a bore.
But, once you strengthen your core, doesn't it help you with back issues?
