I did it

I are alive

I managed not to go for a second swim in the icy river that was at the bottom of the steep hill at the start of the bike bit. Oh, and I did it. And i wasn't last. quite..... still waiting for official results. I have a medal and everything. Did I mention that i did a tri this morning?
