I'm sorry you're feeling bad, Sundae. I'm not sure if you have diet restrictions for health, but if it's for weight loss, you need to eat. Just try not to eat fattening food. Tabbouleh and roasted vegetables sound healthy enough, so don't beat yourself over it. What I do when I want to reduce my snacking is to drink water. Whenever I crave for a snack, I drink water, plain tea, black coffee, and lots and lots of water. Seriously, drink lots of water and go for a walk. If you're hungry and it's at night, drink a glass of skim milk then go to sleep. Eat fruits, nuts, plain yogurt with fruits, nuts, etc. when you want a snack. Don't let yourself go hungry because you'd lose control and eat whatever rather than being disciplined enough to eat healthier alternatives. Don't beat yourself up. Losing weight takes time. I hope you had someone to talk to earlier. Sorry that I didn't see this thread til now.
