While I feel the guards were uncivil and impolite, the truth is the mall is not public property and a person's first amendment right to freedom of speech does not extend to private property, and their speech is only protected to a limited extent on public property.
While I also agree wholeheartedly that caner can go fuck itself and the horse it rode in on, I teach my kids that there are no "bad" words, only inappropriate audiences. Since a public space (meaning uncontrolled audience, not public property) precludes one's ability to choose appropriate language, I too would find that message offensive in that context.
And the guards were impolite douchebags.
