So the season was just floating along, with scenes of everyone's contentment. Pretty boring, huh? Robb and what's-her-made-up-character-who-wasn't-at-the-red-wedding's name, Jon and Ygritte, Catelyn enjoying time with the Black Fish, etc. Then...
