Sent shivers down my spine that you remembered all that - also because it reminded me how amazingly my ex-wife could recall during any argument what I exactly said and did to the minute in detail whether it was 10 minutes or 10 years ago (or maybe she couldn't and just got away with it because I certainly had no idea if she was right or not).
Yes, pink emulsion paint - a gallon of it - sadly no poetic retroactive post-divorce justice - it was MY car! Gone now (paint damage and car) along with the subsequent Audi Estate which was quite nice until it had an oil pump failure that also took out the turbo - totally ruined my bank account - and it seems to be a common problem with that particular engine although Audi-VW don't seem to get that particular piece of mounting evidence. Have a Hyundai estate instead now - Oscar (my dog) likes it and so do I. Think I will buy another next time around.
BTW, I will have been up 4.5 hours at the time of this posting - must observe the topic rules!
