Actually I have been told that Bush is right now a legal target to be killed. Because he's chief of armed forces in US and he's in war so a combattant (seing him wearing his uniform does enforce this reasoning). So you don't have to bother about international humanitarian law (targeting only military targets and protecting civilians as much as possible)... go for him Jim?
