I don't know about "cool" but is is a weapon. Single shot pocket pistol that fires 7.62x39 ammo which is the same as an AK or my AR. In a video testing it with three different brands of ammo, they needed a plastic wedge and hammer to open the barrel after each round.
In the video it didn't look too bad firing but the ultra slo-mo shows a big flash.
