never whine about excess booze

From some weird news site ...

Man peed way out of avalanche

A Slovak man trapped in his car under an avalanche freed himself by drinking 60 bottles of beer and urinating on the snow to melt it.

Rescue teams found Richard Kral drunk and staggering along a mountain path four days after his Audi car was buried in the Slovak Tatra mountains.

...

He had 60 half-litre bottles of beer in his car as he was going on holiday, and after cracking one open to think about the problem he realised he could urinate on the snow to melt it, local media reported.

He said: "I was scooping the snow from above me and packing it down below the window, and then I peed on it to melt it. It was hard and now my kidneys and liver hurt. But I'm glad the beer I took on holiday turned out to be useful and I managed to get out of there."

He must not have been buried TOO deeply. I suspect it was an excuse to drink all that beer. I bet he could have gotten out had there been a liquor truck buried next to him...

Probably he'd have gotten out faster using the beer to melt the snow without a middle man. Not as much fun though.

True, the actual beer would have been more effective, especially depending on its alcohol content. But think how sad to just pour out that perfectly good beer on the snow.

"Now my kidneys and liver hurt" hmmmm, maybe that explains my problem.

Also, I wonder if he sang "99 bottles of beer on the wall" as he worked himself loose?

I don't believe it's possible to have an excess of booze.

Hey man, can't tell me you haven't come up wiht some brilliant ideas when you were four sheets to the wind.

Surprised my friends don't call me Albert Einstein when I am plastered. FYI - pissing in a pitcher in the corner of a bar when the bathrooms are full is most decidedly *not* a good idea.
