Doesn't look like he uses the backmost pair of legs to walk on, based on the color of the foot pads. I wonder if he has any muscular control over them at all...

That is so COOL! I think it means good luck, too. Either that or his mother lived near a nuclear facility. cute, cute puppy though. Whoever dumped him certainly didn't have an enterprising eye.
