Yes, lets buy it as a Cellar base. I can only contribute a few dollars a month, but I'm hoping that will be enough to get me a small bedroom somewhere.

I think this guy missed a trick in not having tours - plenty of people would pay $100 a pop to be walked around it surely? With few hotdog carts en route you could make a killing.

Also, he should have a video tour. Free of charge but it would generate enough interest to get this to the ears of people genuinely interested in this kind of sale. Anyway I want to see it, so of course he should have.

I've met a guy who sells these things, although not the one Razz posted. In fact, I'm going back to his outside of Topeka in November when Buddy Helm comes to town for another drumming seminar.
