Because 10 days is too long to wait: Quiz
1. Do you play golf?
2. If you came into possession of a 3-foot long clean cardboard tube would your first act be to hold it to your mouth and blow raspberries/use it like a megaphone, wield it like a sword, or something else? 3. Do you wear socks with sandals? 4. 7 or 11? 5. What do you put in your coffee apart from a spoon? 6. You get a free 10-session art/craft class –what class do you choose? (Remember, only 10 sessions are free….) 7. Pasta or Rice? 8. Which word do you most enjoy mis-saying or mis-pronouncing (e.g. Viola instead of Voila, Destructions instead of Instructions, Sparrow Guts for Asparagus, Home Despot….) 9. What have you most enjoyed about the year so far? 10. How are your legs positioned RFN?

I AM THE DIDJERIDOO MASTER ~ LET ME PLAY YOU THE SONG OF MY PEOPLE 4. 7 or 11? On the first roll it doesn't matter, both numbers are good, you double your pass line bet. But on point rolls, you only want 11s. In fact, don't even say the first number at the table. Some people find it to be bad luck. 5. What do you put in your coffee apart from a spoon? Half and Half, no sugar. And not the ultra-pasteurized. My nose picks up a sulphur scent from that stuff. 8. Which word do you most enjoy mis-saying or mis-pronouncing? I pronounce "root" as if it rhymes with "foot". An instructor I had 34 years ago said it like that, and I thought it was funny. But since then I could not stop. ("root" is the administrative account under Linux/Unix) I also pronounce "berry" as if it rhymes with "hurry". And all the associates, strawburry, blueburry, etc. I also pronounce the "p" in raspburry. As far as Home Despot goes, the name is, "Home de Pot". 9. What have you most enjoyed about the year so far? Corporate job is still working out well! 10. How are your legs positioned RFN? MAN SPREADIN' BABY |

That's a good one too. Good question. Where and when are these classes?

So BajaBoy is employed by U of M as a welding trainer and has his own welder and table, and I can teach you to throw a pot. When are all y'all arriving for the house party?

There's Arc welding, Torch welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, Tack welding, Spot welding and Electron Beam welding. Each of those specialties has sub specialties, and that's without getting into complications like overhead and under water shit. It's not a simple craft.

scarily true, I reckon. I suspect the reason my grocery store doesn't drug screen for employment -even though they reserve the right to- is because they'd have no frickin' employees. Except me They recently trained all the managers how to do a gob-swab for when employees are suspected of being off their trolley on the job. They used to babysit them and then frogmarch them down to the place where LGBoi had to go, but now I think that's reserved for the drunks, who usually just admit it. I'm pretty sure that out of nearly 100 employees, there are less than a dozen of us who can still drink
