Heat Feet Eat?
Someone in my 'hood received an Amazon package erroneously. Amazon told them to keep it. They don't want it so posted a pic on Facebook for neighbors to share the bounty.
I want to know your guess on the story linking these three products

The Lizard People haven't heard back from Alpha-Centari in over 50 Earth years, time to make the best of it.

Except look, the bunion brand is the same as the dog bone brand. It could be a dog with foot problems--but the box shows human feet. What company makes those two things? The heating pad could be for either a person or a dog... Which means this might just all be for a person who likes chewing dog bones.

All three are Tikaton brand.
The bunion box does have illustrations of human looking feet.
