Manuals for electronics and appliances.

It was an empty drawer when I had a handful of manuals.

A stack of comic books in plastic covers, and some books I've never gotten around to reading.

My nightstand drawer is my junk drawer...I've got all kinds of stuff in there, but, sadly, nothing really 'juicy.' Pens, earrings, expired credit cards, an unopened tin of "I Love Lucy" Predica-mints, Advil, a really cute baby whale stuffed animal (a get-well gift), a couple of gift certificates that are probably expired, too...etc., etc.

Magical toys.
