looking very slender of face there, Sundae like the color. You're right it's not shocking but it's very you anyway -or is that a redye job since you got a less shocking color than you wanted?

Wow, you look amazing!

Would this be an appropriate juncture to repeat my perennial whinge about not being able to use bold hair dyes? *whines like a brat*

Second attempt with the same haircolour - my hair is short enough to allow it.

Thanks all.

'cause I react to the chemicals in hair dyes. I can just about get away with the all natural ones, but they are only changes of shade. To get a truly vibrant wild colour you have to use the ones with strong chemicals.

Is it a skin reaction or breathing? because I don't do the roots and make sure I'm n a ventilated area to overcome these problems. One must suffer to be vibrant acually, the more I do it, the fewer skin problemsi have. now my scalp is just a little tender after bleaching, even if i do do the roots.

Oh it's both. But the skin reaction is major. Last time I used a normal dye ( as opposed to the hippy herbal mudlike substance they sell at the healthfood store) it was like my entire scalp had been burned. Horrible.

I used to suffer for it and damn the consequences. Then I realised that the reactions were getting more intense each time and if I wasn't sensible about it I could end up with some really nasty head swelling incident ala the fright stories in chick mags.
