I haven't given reasons for my votes before, but I'm thinking maybe I should. I'm going to give it a try and see how uch hate mail it brings me!
I tend to look at two things: how well is answers the category cll and how natural it looks. Here I'm going for the parking because you can clearly see the illegality, whereas with the other three, it's just illegl potential or evidence of illegal activities past. The parking is illegal RFN!

Enough chatter about the bong. I don't normally plead for votes in these threads, because it doesn't really matter, but come on. It's no contest.
When you park in front of a hydrant, you are risking the lives of everyone in every building in like a 5 block radius. It's blatantly illegal now, in the moment, and it's reckless endangerment. Anyone who does it is an antisocial jerk who puts their own convenience above the lives of other people. |
