There are plenty of white kids wearing the same clothes and they aren't "Gansta" either.
For one thing, Gangsta would have a heck of a lot more bling, not one stinkin lil necklace. I'm not sure what you have as gangsta, but what I see here is a much different thing. Lots of bling, nowhere near as clean looking - more rough and tough ... not as easy to describe as I thought. but that sure as hell ain't it - not around Philly anyway. This is more of what Gansta looks like IMO.
