not lots of money really -I shop smart. And in big gluts. I probably won't grocery shop again for two weeks aside from milk, veg and bread.

Just bought a replacement battery for my laptop (the original lasted just over 3 years, so I guess I can't really complain.) I was really ticked off at the manufacturer price of $155, but found a compatible one on Amazon for $35, that still comes with a 1-year warranty, so I could buy a new one every year and still come out ahead.

Not today, but yesterday, I bought a new Nalgene bottle to start replacing the ones my company threw out. I also bought some groceries: Carrots, 2 packages of Thomas 100 calorie high fiber muffins, Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage links, Childress White Wine (Trio - its a blend of three whites), pie crust, fish oil, and Cheezit 100 cal packs (cause I had the munchies and figured these were better than buying the whole box).
Later today will be: Light dressing, Provolone cheese (another victim of the fridge clean out), Family size Chicken breast, onion, celery and cucumber. And I will need gas.....again. The next meat I buy will NOT be chicken. I have enough in my fridge to last a few months. Going to need some red meat soon. |

I just sprung for a revolting beef macaroni in a tin that goes in the microwave thing at the pool because Hebe didn't take enough snacks (I think she swam harder than anticipated at the practice meet this morning) and is coaching there until 1. It was that or bike back over with snack an interupt her class -head coach is scary, so I went for the path of least resistance
May buy goggles and a large roll of paper this afternoon. And possible even some UnderArmor And perhaps it's time to finally place that Amazon UK order
