Cellar Feud/Fortunes

Not quite sure how it's going to work yet, but I thought we might play a Cellar version of Family Feud/Family Fortunes. If we do, we need to conduct a survey to get the answers....... so have at it if you will. Once per personality SVP.

I am definitely on board with the concept, but my phone is not displaying the google docs form properly. I'll have to fill it out tomorrow from the real computer.
