Practically my first female crush. Excepting the Bangles of course.
(Damn - gotta find a song from them now too...)

Roam sneaks in under the radar, being 1989.
I love Love Shack of course, but this was always "my" song.
To the extent that everyone who knew me, thought about me when it came on.
That's teen success right there.

Shit - these aren't ballads are they?
But I just flat adored them, to the extent I sing them in the shower or the emplty house to this day. It's harder to be winsome when you're overweight and over 30, but indulge me... please?
